1. Getting a Tillamok County building permit requires a Water Availability Letter from the water district.  Request an application through the Contact Us page.

 

2. Getting water service at your residence/build site requires a Water Service Application.  This includes 1. the fee to the district is paid 2. building permits from Tillamook County are submitted with the application.

• It may take several weeks to get the water service connected and turned on.  The service application should be submitted to the water district, fees paid and permits submitted to the district, before construction begins to minimize any building delays that could be incurred due to a lack of water service.
